Chris Gates
President
Christopher Gates is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades across various industries. Currently, as the National Fleet System Development Manager at Truck-Lite Co., LLC, he excels in fostering relationships, strategic planning, and driving growth. With a background in automotive mechanics and honorable military service aboard the USS Princeton CG-59 during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield, Gates brings a unique blend of leadership, adaptability, and technical expertise to his roles. Notably, he has received accolades such as the Rising Star Award and has contributed his expertise as a judge for esteemed tech competitions. Christopher’s passion for excellence and innovation makes him a valuable asset to any organization, including nonprofits striving to make a positive impact.

Raegan Camuso
Treasurer
Raegan Camuso is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University, boasting over three decades of dedicated service within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. With extensive experience in managing federal and state funding appropriations, grant writing, and program monitoring, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. Notably, Mrs. Camuso has contributed her expertise to both national and local nonprofit organizations, serving on their respective Boards of Directors. Married with two sons, both of whom graduated from DCTS, with her eldest from the Building Construction Technology Program and her younger son from the Web Development and Design Program, she values family and education. Outside of her professional endeavors, Mrs. Camuso finds joy in volunteering, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishes quality time with her loved ones.

Adam Dawson
Secretary
Adam Dawson is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at York County School of Technology. His diverse career includes roles such as Helpdesk Technician and Desktop Technician at Dauphin County, SharePoint Consultant at Collective Intelligence Inc., and Web Development and Design Instructor at Dauphin County Technical School.
Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University, complemented by a Master of Education with Advanced Studies in Workforce Education and Development.
Guided by a commitment to providing the best educational experiences, Adam is driven by the principle of doing the right thing for the benefit of students. His current professional goal is to become a CTE Director, reflecting his dedication to advancing his career and technical education.
Outside of his professional commitments, Adam is entering his 13th year of mentoring the Robotics team, Normality Zero, at Dauphin County Technical School.
